GETTING MY NET33 TO WORK

This mixer resynchronizes incoming audio packets to reconstruct the continual twenty ms spacing generated by the sender, mixes these reconstructed audio streams into just one stream, interprets the audio encoding to the lower-bandwidth one and forwards the decreased- bandwidth packet stream over the lower-speed connection. These packets may be unic
